SmartConnect provides software that heightens the level of video surveillance to a true loss prevention tool that gives clients the ability, using their POS or other data collection systems, to pre-select potentially problematic situations and record them.
This, in turn, make surveillance useful and less labor intensive while allowing management to monitor employees performance and actively deter theft. SmartConnect customers have reported double-digit revenue increases following installation of the SmartConnect solution.
In addition to our food and beverage applications working for a casino’s restaurant and bar operations, our Gaming applications work through a casino’s digital surveillance system to permit casino operators to set pre-determined triggers of potential loss events in their table game, slot, cage and back of house operations.
When an event occurs that matches pre-defined triggers, such as the issuance or redemption of markers at either the casino cage or tables, slot jackpot payouts, or slot machine hopper fills, the system will archive the transaction data along with multiple video feeds for each event.
Our Point-of-Use, Point-of-Sale and the Digital Surveillance Center (DSC) software were developed internally by SmartConnect using open web-based standards. The system permits casino operators to review recorded video of predetermined events through a regular web browser from a secure internet connection. |
